Project
Making everyday transit card management easier to navigate
Impact
I reimagined a fragmented public ticketing flow as a mobile-first concept for checking balances, adding credits, managing cards, and reviewing transit activity.
The problem
The legacy flow relied on dense screens, long instructions, and disconnected payment steps — making simple transit tasks feel administrative and hard to scan.
What changed
Balance and active card status surfaced first
Top-ups simplified into a clearer flow
Cards, payments, and activity grouped into familiar mobile patterns
Dense tables replaced with focused cards and timelines
Design focus
Clarity over clutter
Essential information appears before secondary settings.
Quick top-ups
Users can move from balance to recharge without navigating long forms.
Scannable activity
Credits and rides are easier to distinguish at a glance.
Outcome
A clearer mobile concept for managing transit cards, credits, and recent activity.
Note
Independent concept redesign based on the publicly available URBS legacy experience. Not an official URBS project.
