Turning UX expertise into a clear digital offer
Overview
Zoeh Studio is my independent practice focused on UX Research, Service Design and usability strategy.
I created the website to turn a broad professional background into a clear offer for businesses facing friction across digital products, internal processes and customer journeys.
The challenge
The experience needed to explain, quickly and without UX jargon:
which problems Zoeh Studio helps solve;
what services are available;
how the work connects to business and operational outcomes;
why a potential client should start a conversation.
My role
I led the project end to end, including:
positioning and service framing;
information architecture and content hierarchy;
UX/UI design and responsive refinement;
AI-assisted implementation with Claude Code;
GitHub versioning and live deployment.
Key decision
The landing page begins with recognizable business symptoms rather than a list of UX services. The content then builds trust through experience, process, services, recent work and testimonials before inviting visitors to book an initial conversation.
Outcome
The website is now Zoeh Studio’s primary digital touchpoint, bringing together its services, approach, portfolio and contact path in one clear experience.
